about

Simon Bean of Omni Music's take on "A Rose In The Desert Wind", a vocal track I made recorded on my mental hospital placement's detuned piano. The vocals were re-recorded for this. Simon takes parts of the original track and injects a drum 'n' bass beat over the piano notes, which have been re-sampled and re-pitched throughout. I think it works really well.

If you would like to purchase the "Derelict Career" LP and have Paypal, I am selling it at an inexpensive £5 either on focisleft.bandcamp.com or email (immediately on order). Send your requests or payment to mbucki07 at hotmail dot co dot uk if you want to support "Derelict Career". Thanks :)
